New Meal Planner Tool!

There is a new Meal Plan Tool at Team Beachbody®! I used to use, but after they updated the Meal Planner at Team Beachbody® I use it solely. They now give you tons of choices and let you add custom food! There is also an all-new diet wizard that will make choosing your meal plan even easier. You'll be able to make adjustments for many dietary restrictions, rate your favorite meals, and create completely customized plans to help achieve your diet goals. And for Shakeology fans, you'll now be able to incorporate the Healthiest Meal of the Day® into any plan. To get started, just use this link to get a club membership at Team Plus, this link will automatically make me your coach! Club memberships are not free, they start at $2.99 a week and you get 10% discount on any products. Click this Club Membership Info link to find out more about it. This is one of the ways people help support all the work I put into helping everyone with their fitness needs. So THANKS in advance! Watch the video below to learn how to access it. If you have any questions just post a comment below or contact me! I'm here to help.

Great question! If leaning out no less than 500 calories a day and no more than 1000 calories a day. You should go below 1200 calories for women and 1800 calories for men. You shouldn't go below that for long periods of time.
Thanks, site is coming along! Adding more content daily!
