When I was searching for a fiber I started with Metamucil. Then I was like DOH, I'm a Team Beachbody Coach. I can get Shakeology Fiber. Let me check it out. Well here is the results. As intensity increases, P90X2 Fall 2011 training volume needs to decrease to allow more time for recovery, so in P90X2, you'll only be training 5 days per week.
